I'm Shawn Gorham, and I own Lighthouse Cleanup and Demolition Services.
I started roofing in high school in 1995 and got hooked on the work: cleaning, demolition, roofing, all of it. I didn't go to college. When I married my high school sweetheart, the trades were my best shot at supporting our new family, so I started Lighthouse in December 1998.
What I love most is leaving something better than I found it. Demolition gives you a blank canvas for something new. Cleanup and repairs let me help people at some of their hardest moments. In 2017 I took a team to Texas after the hurricane floods to do volunteer cleanup, and that's still the heart of what we do.
We do what we say we're going to do, we're honest with you, and we show up when you need us. When you call Lighthouse, I want you to know it's going to be okay. It will be taken care of, and you're in good hands with us.
I'm a California licensed demolition, roofing and general contractor (License #844945), and I hold IICRC certifications in mold remediation (AMRT), fire and smoke restoration (FSRT) and water damage restoration (WRT). When you call, you get me.

Full-service demolition for homes and commercial properties, interior and exterior. We handle complete structural demolition and selective interior and exterior work, from a single deck or wall to a whole building and its foundation.
Demolition →Contracting
Roof repairs and replacement, commercial general contracting, and white boxing (also called make ready). We focus on repairs after damage and commercial work that needs a quick turnaround.
Contracting →Storm Response
Heavy rain can mean leaks, standing water and debris that needs cleaned up fast. We handle roof tarping, sandbagging, water removal, drainage and gutter cleaning.
