I'm Shawn, and I run Lighthouse Cleanup and Demolition Services out of La Habra. I'm a California licensed demolition, roofing and general contractor (License #844945), and I hold IICRC certifications in mold remediation (AMRT), fire and smoke restoration (FSRT) and water damage restoration (WRT).
